Kineflux Convective Heaters « back

Our Kineflux heater provides a safe, predictable convective heat transfer environment for your sensitive process fluids. In conventional radiant type heaters the heat is transferred unevenly, creating hot spots which can lead to undesirable thermodegradation and/or scaling of the process fluids. The Kineflux heater utilizes a special high energy burner, with two features that make it unique. First, the combustion process is designed to eliminate direct radiant heat exposure to the process coil. Secondly, the combustion products exit the burner at a very high velocity and naturally induce flue gas re-circulation throughout the entire heat exchange region. The net result is a quenched maximum flue gas temperature of 1600°F to the process coil.

Safety

Automated safety controls are factory assembled and tested to insure proper operation in the field. The burner is sealed eliminating the possibility of flash back. Combustion is complete inside the burner. The controlled flame extension inside the heater and flue gas re-circulation eliminates the possibility of flame impingement. Further, it eliminates undesirable thermo degradation or scaling of the process fluid.
